My daughter is now six weeks old and I can already see that she is changing physically: more hair, eyelashes coming in, outgrowing some newborn outfits, making cooing sounds as the first steps towards language. It's amazing to watch it in real time. This Substack is almost like a documentary that I can read years from now and revisit my emotions.
